Just a short drive away from the city will bring you to the soft rooling hills around the Hartebeespoort Dam. Beautiful nature walks, easy mountain climbing, and even water sport activities like wind surfing, sailing and water skiing can be enjoyed from the small fresh water marina. From the cable car, you may even choose to observe those participating, instead of taking part yourself, and drink in the tranquil views for miles around.
